Generating Reports

Run production summaries, batch history reports, and usage analytics across your product range.

Production Summary Report

Go to Reports → Production Summary and select a date range. The report shows total batches produced, ingredient volumes consumed, and output by product category.

This report is useful for monthly or quarterly reviews — it gives a high-level picture of production activity without drilling into individual batches.

Batch History Report

The Batch History report shows every batch recorded in the selected period, including the product name, batch size, production date, and assigned team member.

Filter by product, location, or team member to narrow results. Export to CSV for further analysis in Excel or Google Sheets.

Ingredient Usage Report

Reports → Ingredient Usage shows how much of each raw material was consumed across all batches in the selected period. Use this to reconcile stock, plan purchasing, or identify over-ordering.

Ingredient usage is calculated from actual batch records — not recipe targets — so it reflects real production quantities.

Exporting Reports

All reports can be exported as PDF or CSV. PDF exports are formatted for sharing with managers or auditors. CSV exports are suited for importing into accounting or inventory software.

To export, run the report with your chosen filters, then click Export at the top right of the results table.
