Exporting Spec Sheets & Dossiers
Export your product data as PDF spec sheets, recipe cards, or full compliance dossiers.
Spec Sheet PDF
From a product's spec sheet page, click Export → Spec Sheet PDF. The export includes the nutrition information panel, ingredient list, allergen declaration, and your company details.
Spec sheets are formatted to FSANZ labelling standards and are suitable for sharing with retail buyers, co-manufacturers, and auditors.
Recipe Card PDF
From a recipe page, click Export → Recipe Card. The recipe card shows the ingredient list with quantities, method notes, batch yield, and costing summary.
Recipe cards are designed for internal use — for production staff, kitchen teams, or training purposes.
Full Dossier
The Full Dossier export combines the spec sheet, recipe card, and any attached compliance documents into a single PDF package.
This is the recommended export format when submitting product information to major retailers or completing third-party audits, as it provides all relevant product data in one document.
Batch Exporting
To export multiple products at once, go to Production → Spec Sheets, select the products you want using the checkboxes, and click Export Selected.
Batch exports are packaged as a ZIP file containing individual PDFs for each product. This is useful when onboarding a new retailer who requires specs for your entire product range.
