Setting Up Your Account

Head to Administration → Settings and fill in your company name, ABN, and business address. This information appears on your exported spec sheets and PDF reports, so make sure it matches your official business registration.

You can also upload your company logo here. Logos are displayed in the header of all exported documents.

If your business operates from multiple sites, add each location under Administration → Locations. Each location can have its own address and contact details.

Manufacturing locations are referenced on product specs and compliance documents, helping auditors and customers identify which facility produced a given product.

Set your preferred date format and timezone under Administration → Settings → Regional. These settings control how dates appear across the platform and in exported documents.

Batchbase supports Australian and New Zealand date formats out of the box.
